Meet Mike Schlichtig, the Chief Operating Officer of Outer Reef Yachts, and a longtime member of the team with more than 25 years of experience, 12 of those in upper management. Mike’s passion for boating started early along the South Jersey shore and eventually led him to the Chesapeake Bay, where he’s spent his career helping clients find the right yacht to match how they truly want to spend their time on the water. When he’s not working with clients, you can still find him out on the water, whether for a delivery or simply enjoying the lifestyle that drew him to the industry in the first place.
