"The On Liberty crew is back together and safely anchored in Stockholm, Sweden. Over the past two weeks, Tom, Kelly, and Tuggy completed a challenging crossing of the North Sea, navigating heavy fog, rolling breakers, and a sea lane teeming with cargo ships, pleasure boats, and military vessels.
As they entered the Traffic Separation Scheme between the Skagerrak and the Kattegat, visibility dropped to near zero—so dense even the bow railings disappeared in the mist. Kelly captured stunning photos of the moment, including AIS and radar screens filled with vessel targets, and even glimpsed dolphins and orcas during her watch as they departed Scotland.
Now reunited, the crew will begin exploring the intricate Stockholm archipelago, eventually cruising north to wrap up this leg of the journey. This week's update is a visual one, filled with photos from Stockholm and highlights from Amy’s recent cycling trip through Norway and Sweden.
