Extraordinary Service

I apologize for sending an email instead of a hand written letter, but given that I will be in the Bahamas for the next three months, this email will have to suffice. Why a hand written letter you may ask? Well, my recent experience with Randy Ives and his team warrant such a letter and the gravity and gratitude that a personal letter would convey.

I am presently in Georgetown aboard Private Idaho. Two days ago I suffered a battery failure on one of my Lifeline 8D house batteries. I was able to rewire the bank and am able to function, albeit at reduced capacity. With multiple guests scheduled to be aboard over the coming weeks it was important that I get my capability back to 100%.

A call to Randy instantly mobilized your team. I was able to track down a friend getting ready to cross from Miami which could provide transportation of a new battery, but this friend was aboard a sailboat anchored in No Name Harbor on Key Biscayne and scheduled to depart in 48 hours. The challenge was one of logistics and timing to get what I needed aboard this vessel in the short amount of time available.

The details are not important, but the results are. Somehow Randy was able to get a new battery located in Old Port Cove in North Palm Beach aboard a sailboat anchored in Key Biscayne in time to make its way to me. I cannot begin to express my gratitude!

This is just the most recent example of the extraordinary service I have received from Randy and his team over the years. I have owned Citation Jets, Bell helicopters, and any number of exotic cars, but NEVER have I received service from these manufacturers like I have from Outer Reef Yachts. Keep in mind that Private Idaho is ten years old! I am still treated like I just took delivery!
