Jeff and Randy, our sincerest thanks for Randy's visit to LUMINA last week!
We came away from that experience even more convinced that Outer Reef is the company building the best thought-out and best engineered boats for the owner-operator that we could ever imagine. Randy is such a valuable resource for this orientation as well as his ongoing support, and even after owning similarly-sized boats for a number of years, we definitely learned many things that we didn't know and would have had a difficult time figuring out if Randy hadn't been onboard showing us the systems and explaining the rationale for why things are put together the way they are on the boat.
We're also particularly grateful for this opportunity as the owners of a pre-owned boat. We had two Princess boats before this one, and Princess was very little help when issues arose.
Also, our compliments to Joel for his help through the sales process, and we see why so many owners list their Outer Reef boats with you instead of a local broker. If it would ever be helpful to you to give our name as a reference to a potential buyer, we would be happy to do so and would only have good things to say!
