BROKER'S REMARKS

This 2020 720 Deluxbridge Outer Reef is the only one of this model available worldwide. The yacht has less than 400 original engine hours on her 1001 hp Caterpillar C18’s and the original owner employed the services of Steve D’Antonio, as his surveyor, who oversaw the build prior and during construction with his expertise and background to add very extensive upgrades to so many systems. Steve has many years of previous experience responding to questions on maintenance and other issues in his column in PassageMaker Magazine. Additionally, upgrades to décor were very substantial. With a new sistership only available with a four-year-delivery wait, at more than five million dollars, this yacht's high quality and excellent seakeeping make her a truly exceptional value in the cruising market.

This yacht was in Fort Myers during Hurricane Ian, sustaining storm damage, most cosmetic in nature. In 2023, she was under the care of the current owner and his staff at a boatyard in South Florida. A letter from the current owner, stating the condition of the vessel when he purchased it, including a list of repairs he completed, is available upon request.
